Form: PROGRAM HOURS Monday—Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. DAYCARE HOURS (Effective June 16th thru August 22nd) Before Program……….6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. After Program…………3:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. REGISTRATION FEE: Each Child………$25.00 WEEKLY RATE: Full time attendance includes most field trip days, with the exception of Legoland, Boomer’s, and The Wave (these trips are an additional $10.00). 1st Child………………$135.00 2nd Child……………..$125.00 3rd Child………………$115.00 4th Child……………….$105.00 DAILY RATE: Each Child……..$28.00 per day Additional $10.00 for: Legoland, Boomer’s, The Wave, Late Fees: After 5:45 p.m. a per family charge will be assessed of $1.00 for every minute. CAMP FEES: All fees are due on Monday, prior to each week’s attendance. Please pay by check or money order. No cash.
