Mrs. Jody has been at the preschool since 1988. She taught the 3 year olds for 6 years and has been the director since 1994. Both of her children graduated from ECS and her two granddaughters now attend here. She is very grateful and humbled that God would place her in a position to not only see her family flourish because of their foundation here, but all the many children that have called ECP and ECS their school home.
Briana has been around Escondido Christian for several years. She was a student at ECS from 3rd-8th grade and is married to an ECS alumni. She previously served as the Children’s Ministries Director at ECC for two years, where she decided to pursue her education in child development. She is now working toward her bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
Mrs. Naomi Ruscitti
Mrs. Ruscitti was enlisted in the United States Navy for 6 years as a Hospital Corpsman (Nurse Assistant). In 2011, when her military service time was fulfilled, she began working towards her degree in education. Mrs. Ruscitti graduated from CSUSM with her B.A. in Liberal Studies, and continues to further her education in early child development. She has been married for 8 years and has two phenomenal daughters, who attended our preschool and are currently attending ECS. Mrs. Ruscitti is excited to be teaching at a Christ-centered and biblically-based school.
Curriculum Coordinator/Infant Teacher
Mrs. Karissa is married to ECS alumni Cody Grissom and is the daughter in law of Mrs. Grissom in the front office. She has been working with infants and toddlers for the past 8 years. She is educated in early childhood development and volunteers in children’s ministries at her church. Karissa loves working with children and loves getting to watch them learn and grow.
Alyssa has been working in the infant toddler center since August and loves to watch the babies grow and learn! She is currently taking early education classes at Palomar College. In her spare time she loves spending time with her new husband Coleman, an ECS alumnus and son of Pastor Joel, and is part of a discipleship program Re:Gen at the church on our campus. This group of young leaders serves on a missions trips to Cambodia to provide help to babies with the group Saving Moses.
